This privacy notice informs you what to expect when Made with Intent collects personal information about you.
We only collect personal information when you provide it to us, or you have given permission to a third party to share information with us.
We only use data captured in relation to the provision of services from Made with Intent - whether that’s to keep you up to date with relevant services and updates from Made with Intent, as part of contact follow-ups or as a part of the provision of a service offered by us.

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have requested a subscription to a newsletter or regular updates from Made with Intent via the madewithintent.ai or merch.madewithintent.ai websites
- You have entered into a contractual agreement with us to use our services
- You have shared your personal data with us directly or via a careers platform in relation to a job posting
- You have purchased goods or services from Made with Intent
We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- You have shared your identity and contact data with a third party and consented for that information to be shared with us e.g. you subscribed to a Webinar, event or gave us your contact information at a conference
We use the information that you have given us in order to
- keep you up to date with relevant services and updates from Made with Intent
- as part of contact follow-ups
- or as a part of the provision of a service offered by us
Sharing personal data
We take your privacy very seriously and will never disclose, share or sell your data without your consent unless required to do so by law.
In order to provide services to you, information you provide to us may be transferred to one a number of trusted third party data subprocessors including Google Cloud (Google Workspace), web hosting providers, trusted payment processing providers, delivery providers and marketing and CRM providers.
Data processed via data subprocessors may be processed outside of the EEA.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting support@madewithintent.ai
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(c) We have a legal obligation.
(d) We have a legitimate interest.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. Identity data, contact data and transactional data, or other personal data provided to us via our websites or via third parties, may be retained for up to 6 years to ensure we’re compliant with UK tax law.
Personally identifiable website data is retained for not longer than 2 years.
We will then dispose of your information by destroying the data we hold.
Made with Intent Platform
Made with Intent may be commissioned to act on behalf of customers (the Controller) as a data Processor to collect anonymous, non-personal data for the purposes of driving personalisation and analytics insights.

Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
- Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
- Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
- You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
